Learn to bake bread, biscuits and hot cross buns with Waltham Place chef, Adrian, in this practical, hands-on, one day course. Using our own home grown Waltham Blend flour you will be working with a blend of ancient grains: spelt, emmer, einkorn and ancient wheat varieties popular in the 1800's. You will take home everything you bake plus a collection of recipes for breads and enriched doughs to inspire your baking at home.
