An experiential day exploring the role of livestock in biodynamic farms, with an emphasis on our cattle and raw milk micro dairy. Much more than providers of fertility, livestock shape the environment and the rhythm of the farm. Join the team for a milking session and get to know the herd through observation and anecdotes from the working day. We will also explore our reasons for opting to run a raw milk micro dairy and the nutritional benefits of raw milk.
